1. Purpose of Service

ClipTap is a technical tool intended exclusively for downloading content to which the user has legal rights, including:

• Your own content uploaded to YouTube
• Content in the public domain
• Content for which you have explicit written permission from the copyright holder
• Content with Creative Commons licenses (CC BY, CC0, etc.) that permit downloading

2. User Responsibility

You are solely and fully responsible for:

• Compliance with third-party copyright laws
• Compliance with YouTube Terms of Service and Google's policies
• Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Consequences of illegally downloading copyrighted content

3. Prohibited Use

It is strictly prohibited to use the service for:

• Downloading content without permission from the copyright holder
• Commercial use of downloaded content without appropriate license
• Distribution, publication, or resale of downloaded content
• Violating YouTube's Terms of Service
• Bypassing regional restrictions or age filters
• Mass downloading of content (scraping)

4. Disclaimer of Liability

ClipTap:

• Is not responsible for users' actions and their compliance with laws
• Does not provide legal advice regarding copyright
• Does not verify or control what content users download
• Does not guarantee uninterrupted service operation
• Is not liable for any damages caused by using the service
• May discontinue service at any time without prior notice

5. Privacy Policy

• We do not store downloaded video files longer than 1 hour
• We do not collect users' personal data unnecessarily
• We may keep request logs for technical and security purposes
• We do not share user data with third parties except as required by law

6. Copyright Holder Cooperation

If you are a copyright holder and believe your rights have been violated, please contact us via @cliptap_bot. We will review your complaint and take necessary action.
